Nestled in the ancient hills of the Upper Galilee, Kuzari Wines began its journey with a love of the land and a vision to revive the time-honored winemaking traditions of our ancestors. Established in 2018, Kuzari wines are crafted from premium quality grapes, sourced from the same terroir where ancient vines and sacred wines were produced thousands of years ago. Here, at elevations reaching 2,600 feet, our vineyards benefit from the perfect combination of Mediterranean sunshine, mineral rich soil, and cool mountain nights.

Cabernet Sauvignon
Kuzari Cabernet Sauvignon has complex rich aromas of forest fruits, berries and cloves, with hints of black pepper and toasted oak. Palate: Concentrated flavors of black fruits, cherries, and spice. a full-bodied balanced savory wine which will develop new flavors and textures over time.
SMS
This wine is smooth and juicy with hinting aromas of forest fruits, black currants and lavender, which will develop new flavors and textures over time. Drink with friends.
Cabernet Franc
Kuzari Cabernet Franc has rich aromas of raspberries, blackcurrant and spice, with hints of herbaceousness. Palate: Medium-bodied wine, balanced structure; long-lasting flavors of red and black fruits, with a smooth finish.
Syrah Reserve
Kuzari Syrah has fresh intense aromas of red and black berries, violets and black pepper, with complex flavors of blackberries, raspberries and plums; a full bodied wine with long-lasting warm notes of cloves and spice.
CSB
This wine has complex rich aromas of forest fruits, black berries, and cloves, with hints of black pepper and toasted oak. Palate: Concentrated savory flavors of black fruits plumbs and spic. Full-bodied with a long-lasting silky smooth juicy finish. Drink with friends.

Red Wines
Premium Red Grapes
Grape clusters are hand-harvested from our high-altitude vineyards, where the combination of heat and sunlight, cool nights, and mineral-rich soil creates fruit of exceptional quality. Our sustainable farming practices respect both the land and the teachings of our ancestors.
Crushing & Destemming
Berries are removed from the green stems, and gently crushed to extract the purest expression of our fruit, allowing the natural flavor characteristics of each variety to shine through.
Fermentation
Crushed grapes will begin to ferment inside a temperature-controlled stainless steel tank. Yeast fermentation converts natural sugars in the berries into alcohol, extracting unique flavors, aromas and texture; infusing these components into the wine.
Oak Barrel Maturation
Our wines mature gracefully in premium tight grain French oak barrels stored in climate-controlled cellars for 18 – 20 months.
Bottle Aging
We honor both tradition and innovation in our bottling process, ensuring each wine reaches you in perfect condition, ready to tell its story of time, place, and heritage.
White Wines
Premium White Grapes
Grape clusters are hand-harvested from our high-altitude vineyards, where the combination of heat and sunlight, cool nights, and mineral-rich soil creates fruit of exceptional quality. Our sustainable farming practices respect both the land and the teachings of our ancestors.
Crushing & Destemming

Pressing
The crushed white grapes are pressed; leaving the grape peels behind and extracting clean white juice.

White juice will begin to ferment inside a temperature-controlled stainless steel tank. Yeast fermentation converts natural sugars in the berries into alcohol, extracting unique flavors, aromas and texture; infusing these components into the wine.
