These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the www.kuzariwines.com website and the products offered by Kuzari Wines. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to abide by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcoholic beverages. Proof of age may be requested upon delivery.
2. Ordering and Payments
- Orders can be placed online or coordinated directly via phone or email.
- Cash is the primary method of payment, to be collected at the time of in-person drop-off.
- Additional payment options (e.g. bank transfer, digital wallets) may be arranged by phone at our discretion.
- Orders are confirmed only after direct communication with a Kuzari Wines representative.
3. Delivery and Drop-Offs
- We provide in-person delivery within Northern Israel and select surrounding areas. All deliveries are arranged by phone or email.
- No international shipping is available at this time.
- Delivery times are coordinated directly with the customer.
4. Returns and Exchanges
- Due to the nature of wine products, all sales are final.
- If a bottle is damaged or defective upon receipt, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will assess and replace it at our discretion.
5. Limitation of Liability
Kuzari Wines is not responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from the misuse of our products or improper storage once delivered.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts of Northern Israel.
